Para entrar en tema, lo primero es aceptar que actualmente el cliente ya no necesita de un vendedor tradicional que le proporcione la informaci\u00f3n del producto: 9 de cada 10 compradores saben lo que van a adquirir antes de llegar a la tienda o empresa donde lo comprar\u00e1n, mientras que 8 de cada 10 personas ya tienen seleccionadas las marcas que considerar\u00edan a la hora de comprar; en resumen, lo que el cliente necesita es una asesor\u00eda que le ayude a dar el paso final, y es por eso las empresas necesitan asesores de venta y no vendedores tradicionales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00bfQu\u00e9 diferencia hay entre el vendedor y el asesor de ventas?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00a0Las empresas deben procurar tener un equipo de asesores de ventas y no de vendedores tradicionales, \u00bfcu\u00e1les son esas caracter\u00edsticas de un vendedor capaz o de lo que hoy en d\u00eda llamamos asesor de ventas? Estas principales diferencias entre asesores y vendedores te ayudar\u00e1n a descubrirlas:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo saber que se trata de un vendedor tradicional?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Act\u00faan como si fueran amos de la informaci\u00f3n<\/strong>: El vendedor tradicional suele pensar que debe darle al cliente un speech del producto y suele tratarlo como si el consumidor no tuviera acceso a la informaci\u00f3n, la realidad es que 80% de las personas investigan en Internet antes de realizar una compra.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Saben hablar<\/strong>: Es evidente que el vendedor se enfoca demasiado en el tema del speech, aplicando la regla denominada como &#8220;80\/20&#8221;: 80% hablando y 20% escuchando.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Venden por vender:<\/strong> El vender por vender puede resultar perjudicial para la empresa. Pensemos que un cliente no califica para un servicio o producto, no le va a generar resultados y por tal no le va a ser funcional, pero se le vendi\u00f3 de todos modos, por lo que la empresa adquiere un compromiso que no puede cumplir, adem\u00e1s de que el cliente quedar\u00e1 insatisfecho y no olvidemos que un cliente insatisfecho habla con 11 personas aproximadamente para quejarse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo evaluar las caracter\u00edsticas de un vendedor capaz o asesor de ventas?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Sabe escuchar:<\/strong> Un asesor de ventas reconoce que el 75% de los consumidores considera que la b\u00fasqueda en Internet hace de su compra algo inteligente, por lo cual concentra esfuerzos en escuchar y entender qu\u00e9 dudas le impiden al cliente realizar la decisi\u00f3n final.
