Sin embargo, la diferencia estuvo en algo que muchas empresas subestiman: <strong>el branding<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Country Squares<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nombre gen\u00e9rico<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Poco memorable<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sin conexi\u00f3n emocional<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Imagen tradicional, poco atractiva<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Pop-Tarts<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nombre corto, moderno y pegajoso<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Asociado al movimiento cultural \u201cPop Art\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>F\u00e1cil de recordar<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enfocado en una audiencia joven<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Kellogg\u2019s no invent\u00f3 el producto\u2026<br>pero s\u00ed entendi\u00f3 mejor <strong>c\u00f3mo presentarlo al mercado<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El verdadero aprendizaje<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Este caso deja una lecci\u00f3n clara y contundente:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">No gana quien llega primero. Gana quien logra posicionarse mejor en la mente del consumidor.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El branding no es solo un \u201cnombre bonito\u201d o un logotipo atractivo. Es la forma en la que tu marca:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Se percibe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se recuerda<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Se diferencia<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Genera confianza<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un producto sin branding es invisible.<br>Un producto con branding s\u00f3lido,<strong> es memorable.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">El error m\u00e1s com\u00fan de las empresas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Muchas marcas invierten grandes recursos en:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Desarrollo de producto<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Operaci\u00f3n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Log\u00edstica<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pero dejan en segundo plano su identidad visual, su mensaje y su posicionamiento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">El resultado es predecible:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Productos buenos\u2026 que no se venden<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Servicios competitivos\u2026 que no destacan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Empresas con potencial\u2026 que pasan desapercibidas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Porque en un mercado saturado, <strong>no basta con ser bueno.
